fix for free
Yes 100%. It is free to take a video call with our engineers. If we fix the issue on the call, it's free. You can always leave a tip if you feel you've had great service and want to say thanks.
Yes. Our engineers are experienced and have the correct qualifications to repair boilers. They will not ask you to do anything unsafe or that you feel uncomfortable with. They will to ask you to do things that a normal homeowner would be allowed to do to their boiler. Anything beyond that requires a home visit from a qualified, certified expert.
We will offer you a convenient and affordable in-home repair appointment. Or, if the engineer feels like your boiler is beyond repair, we may offer a replacement quote. You are under no obligation whatsoever to use either of these options.
We use Google Meet. We find that it's the most reliable and easy software for customers to use. Pretty much anyone with a smartphone can click on a Google Meet link and join a video call.
Your friendly engineer will say hello and then get straight to work diagnosing the problem. They'll ask you several questions and then depending on the issue they may ask you to try different remedies to get your boiler up and running again. It's super friendly and super easy.
